Founders of Aussie Street Bites posing beside food truck

Our Story

Born in the backstreets of Fitzroy, Aussie Street Bites began as a humble pop-up stall serving late-night revellers. Founders Jack Lee and Sara Ng wanted to champion the bold, multicultural flavours that define modern Australia—without sacrificing the nostalgia of a classic sausage sanga. A decade later, our fleet of eco-minded trucks feeds crowds from St Kilda beaches to Yarra Valley vineyards.
