• Deposits are non-refundable except where specified or required by law.
• Final payments are due as agreed prior to the event date.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing to our address or email. Refund eligibility depends on timing and nature of cancellation.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for partial refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days of the event will forfeit deposit payments.
• Any changes to bookings must be communicated promptly and are subject to availability.
